Better together

Advise keeps the plan current. Engage delivers it.

The two run side by side, so every project starts from a clear decision and the roadmap keeps moving while the work gets done.

Every engagement

From priorities to results, in five stages.

Whether you start with an assessment, a full program or an Advise roadmap, the work moves through the same stages.

  1. Stage 1 Align

Agree on outcomes, priorities and the people involved.

  2. Stage 2 Prepare

Assess readiness and design the target state.

  3. Stage 3 Enable

Deploy and configure the Microsoft capabilities.

  4. Stage 4 Adopt

Roll out to people and processes, with training and change support.

  5. Stage 5 Optimize

Measure results, tune and plan what comes next.

Our guarantee: right talent, right outcome.

Every engagement is led by expertly matched practitioners, with the whole Invoke team standing behind them.
